Crash Courses / Workshops

A Crash Course / Workshop Course will only take place if at least 8 people have booked a spot in the course. In the case that less than 8 people book a spot in any given course, the course is subject to being cancelled by TutorElite’s management and all clients will be refunded for the spot they booked in the cancelled course.

A Crash Course / Workshop Course may be cancelled at late notice due to any unforeseen circumstances with the tutor, venue or any similar vital aspect to the success of the course. In the case of cancellation, all clients will be refunded for the spot they booked in the course.

A Crash Course / Workshop booking will only be refunded if the request for a refund is made at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the Crash Course / Workshop, except in the case in which a Crash Course / Workshop is moved (either in terms of date or time of the Crash Course / Workshop) within 24 hours of the start time of the Crash Course / Workshop. In the event that a Crash Course / Workshop is moved (either in terms of date or time of the Crash Course / Workshop) within 24 hours of the start time of the Crash Course / Workshop, then the client has up until 12 hours prior to the start time of the Crash Course / Workshop to request a refund.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they stay up to date with all communications from TutorElite, in regards to the booked Crash Course / Workshop, which will be communicated through WhatsApp over the relevant WhatsApp group that was created or through a private message from TutorElite to the client.

All refunds for Crash Courses / Workshops are subject to the approval of TutorElite’s management. A refund that is approved by TutorElite’s management will be paid out to the bank account, as provided to TutorElite by the client, and is subject to the normal bank processing times for processing approved refund payments. In the case that the client provided the incorrect bank details to TutorElite and TutorElite has already paid the refund amount to this bank account and is subsequently unable to recover the amount paid from the owner of the incorrect account owner, the refund is deemed to have been paid out to the client and the processing of the refund complete.
